Gary Bond
Senior Advisor | Commercial Strategy & Industry Leadership
Gary Bond brings over 35 years of leadership experience in financial services, having held senior commercial, technology and transformation roles across organisations including Prudential, Fidelity International, Legal & General and James Hay. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale business transformation, digital innovation and strategic growth across complex, regulated financial institutions.
Most recently, Gary has served as Chief Executive Officer of TISA Universal Reporting Network (TURN), leading the business from industry initiative to commercial venture. Under his leadership, TURN secured multiple capital raises, developed enterprise technology platforms and achieved broad adoption across the UK and European investment industry, while driving collaboration on major regulatory initiatives.
Gary has also held executive leadership positions including CEO of TISAtech, Programme Director at TISA, Interim CEO of APS, and Global Head of Change at Fidelity International. He has extensive experience delivering technology strategy, operational transformation, commercial growth and large-scale change programmes across global financial markets.
Today, Gary combines deep commercial expertise with a strong track record in financial technology, governance and strategic partnerships. He is recognised for building high-performing teams, fostering industry collaboration and helping organisations navigate change while delivering long-term, sustainable growth.
Alex Appelton
CFO | Finance, Capital Strategy & Growth
Alex Appleton is an experienced Chartered Accountant with over 20 years in financial leadership, corporate finance and strategic growth. He has held Chief Financial Officer and senior executive roles across listed and private companies, developing extensive expertise in financial management, governance, capital markets and business transformation.
Alex’s career includes leading a successful management buyout following eight years in professional services before progressing into executive finance roles. As Chief Financial Officer of Argo Blockchain, he played a key role in the company’s London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ listings, supporting significant equity and debt raises to fund its international expansion.
Throughout his career, Alex has led complex corporate finance transactions, including private capital raises, corporate bond issuances and structured debt financings. He has worked closely with boards, investors and executive leadership teams, combining strong financial governance with commercial insight to help organisations achieve sustainable growth.
Today, Alex brings deep expertise in corporate finance, governance and strategic execution to financial technology and digital asset businesses. He is recognised for building trusted stakeholder relationships, leading transformational initiatives and helping businesses navigate growth, public markets and long-term value creation.
Lisa Greer
COO | Corporate Actions Transformation & Market Infrastructure
Lisa Greer is a recognised corporate actions and capital markets transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering operational and digital change across global financial institutions. Her expertise spans corporate actions technology, securities and reference data, data governance, product strategy and intelligent automation.
Throughout her career, Lisa has led large-scale transformation programmes, global operations teams and enterprise-wide initiatives focused on modernising complex post-trade processes. Her work has improved data quality, strengthened governance, simplified operational workflows and delivered better experiences for clients and market participants.
Combining deep industry expertise with disciplined programme delivery, Lisa brings established capabilities in agile product ownership, enterprise data strategy and artificial intelligence. Her professional development includes SAFe Agile Product Owner, MSP and PRINCE2 Practitioner credentials, alongside advanced training in AI and enterprise data strategy. She has also received major internal achievement awards recognising sustained leadership, execution at scale and meaningful contributions beyond her immediate remit.
As Chief Product Officer of CAP, Lisa is leading the development of an AI-powered corporate actions platform designed to create trusted golden-record data, enable intelligent automation and establish a connected digital ecosystem for issuers, intermediaries and investors.
Jeffrey Mushens
CPO | Commercial Strategy & Industry Leadership
Jeffrey Mushens brings over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held senior leadership roles across investment banking and asset management, including Chief Accountant positions and serving as a Main Board Director at M&G Group. With deep expertise spanning product innovation, policy engagement, and large-scale customer operations, he has overseen major commercial lines including M&G’s 400,000-customer D2C business.
He loves innovation, being responsible at M&G for the then largest and second largest ever closed end fund launches, the launch of the UK’s first major no load PEP, UK’s first retail Corporate Bond fund and transition from PEPs to ISAs.
Throughout his career, Jeffrey has been a recognised industry voice, managing high-level relationships with regulators, HMRC, and government. At TISA, he helped grow membership from 120 to more than 270 firms, expanding its influence across retail savings and wealth.
He helped the launch of an open standard industry utility tasked to bring order out of the chaos of retail portfolio transfers. 14 years later, over 400 firms use the utility, adopt the standard, and transfer times have come down from months to minutes, derisking businesses, cutting costs, and giving a better deal to customers.
Eoin Motherway
Chairman | Fund Governance, INED & Financial Services
Post qualification as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Eoin spent six years with Goldman Sachs in London, serving as Senior Accounting Officer and European Funding Controller. He then spent twelve years leading Investment Fund Valuations across Ireland, Luxembourg and the UK for State Street and BNY Mellon, covering Mutual Funds, Alternatives and ETFs.
He later co-founded the Asset Management Exchange (AMX), leading the Irish business as CEO and Executive Director and helping grow the platform to over $60 billion in assets under management. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Eoin is also a Certified Investment Funds Director with additional FinTech qualifications.
Today, he serves as Independent Chair and INED to funds, management companies, electronic money institutions and crypto-asset service providers. He sits on the Investor Compensation Company for the Central Bank of Ireland, chairs the Investment Committee of the Western Development Commission, and co-founded Digital Assets Ireland to support firms through MiCAR implementation.
Eoin is a strong advocate for the future of tokenisation and digital assets within the investment funds industry. He currently chairs iRACE Global Holdings, a joint venture between TRRUE and FundBank, and is a recognised champion of industry regionalisation, diversity, equity and inclusion, with a particular focus on neurodiversity.
Aaron Motherway
IT Services | Website Design , Technology & Prototype Development
Aaron Motherway brings together experience across professional services, entrepreneurship and digital product development. Through his work with EY, he has gained exposure to complex organisations, structured problem-solving and disciplined delivery, developing a strong appreciation for reliable data, effective controls and technology-led transformation.
As IT services for CAP, Aaron has played an important role in taking the platform from its initial concept into a working digital product. He designed and built the CAP website and helped develop the platform’s interactive prototype, translating the corporate-actions process into a clear and engaging demonstration of the contributor and consumer journeys.
Beyond CAP, Aaron is a founder and director of Toiscór, a charitable initiative that collects surplus surf equipment in Ireland and redirects it to community programmes in Senegal. Through partnerships supporting youth education, mental health and greater equality in sport, Toiscór gives unused equipment a renewed purpose while creating meaningful social impact.
Today, Aaron combines his financial-services experience with a hands-on approach to product development and entrepreneurship. He is focused on creating intuitive digital solutions that address real operational challenges, communicate complex ideas clearly and deliver lasting commercial and social value.
